Billing & Payment Information

At Beyond Moving, we believe in clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Below is a breakdown of our billing structure and payment policies for both local and long-distance moves.

Local Moves (Within 30 Minutes of Our Headquarters)

Local moves are billed hourly, plus a one-time truck fee. Billing time begins upon our arrival at your location and ends when the job is completed.

Hourly Labor Rates

• $135/hour – 2 Movers

• $175/hour – 3 Movers

• $215/hour – 4 Movers

• $255/hour – 5 Movers

• $295/hour – 6 Movers

All local bookings require a 3-hour minimum.

Moves located more than 30 minutes from our headquarters are billed for round-trip drive time.

All protective materials (furniture blankets, shrink wrap, straps, etc) are included at no additional charge.

Truck Fee

• $95– Per truck (any size)

A padded, enclosed pickup truck is included at no additional cost for moves booked with three movers or more.

This vehicle is ideal for transporting fragile items, loose belongings, and items that are difficult to box—ensuring added safety and flexibility during your move.

Long-Distance Moves

Long-distance relocations are billed at a flat rate, determined by the size of your move, mileage, and service requirements. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full upon completion of services.

• No deposit required to book local moves. 

• You may cancel local moves at any time—no fees or penalties.
